Why is the Cacophony Project page asking me to agree to terms from 2040 LTD?

2040 is a commercial partner of The Cacophony Project responsible for manufacturing, selling and supporting the technology they develop. This includes managing the fees for hosting and as such, if you are going to be hosting or accessing video and audio files you need to agree to the 2040 Terms and Conditions.

Note: Those devices that have been set up by The Cacophony Project for research purposes are not subject to fees.
