Monitoring Banded Rails with a thermal camera

This is an example of a thermal video of a banded rail , captured by the DOC AI Cam in Shakespear Park. The camera can detect banded rails, but this is one of the animals that is not automatically recognised. In this case it was manually tagged by a ranger.
