Updated camera manual

We have just updated the manual for the thermal camera. This includes changes for:

• The new waterproof plug
• Battery usage, safety and transport
• Simplified set up
• New improved interface on the Cacophony Portal
• New Export feature

The next step is to create a quick start manual - for those that can't be bothered reading the manual - it will look something like this, but with a little more detail
