Sidekick bug fixes: location and upload bugs

A new version of Cacophony Sidekick App is being released (3.14) at the moment with some minor bug fixes:

A bug where the location failed to update has been fixed. In the previous version the app would keep asking you to update the location.
A bug with the upload button. In the previous version you could press it multiple times and FileNotFound errors would occur. This has been fixed. When you press the button you are now given the option to Pause Upload.
