Problems connecting to camera

When the DOC AI Cam starts up, it will first try to connect to a known Wi-Fi network. If it is not able to do that it will set up its own network (and display a yellow light) that you can connect your phone to using the Cacophony Sidekick app. A couple of customers have reported problems connecting to the camera's network. We believe this is due to a recent Android update and are working on a fix for this.

If you are suffering from this problem then you can still connect to the camera by setting up a mobile hotspot on your phone called bushnet with the password feathers. This is a pre-programed Wi-Fi network that the camera will connect to if it finds it. If you do this, then turn the camera on, the camera will connect to your phone, show a green light and should appear in the Sidekick app. Please let us know if you have any problems with this.
