Easier wifi set up and bug fixes

We've made a minor release to the camera software that makes it easier to connect to a wifi network. You can now select a WIFI network from a list of nearby networks, rather than typing in the name. This is easier and reduces the chances of an error.

We have also rolled out a fix a bug that was causing an excessive amount of battery flat emails to go out to the admins of our camera groups. Hopefully these emails have stopped now, unless the battery is actually flat.

Another small change that will be rolled out shortly checks that that the times have the correct format for specifying when to start or stop the thermal camera or to turn it on or off
