Bug fix for washed out videos

A number of customers have bought to our attention that some videos are showing "washed out". We've found a bug, have tested it and released it on August 4.

What happened?

The bug only happens when the DOC AI Cams are in high power mode. The bug was caused by the background image that is used to detect movement slowly getting "colder". This means everything in the video looks warmer and so everything shows as hot. Because this happens slowly, it will be worse on cameras that have been on for a long period of time.

One consequence of this bug is that the tracking failed. We can re-track these videos without taking the background frame into account. Please let us know if there are any videos you'd like us to re-track.

What you can do in the meantime?
